I'm currently doing a piece of coursework for Collective Employment Law, i'm not used to doing Law because i'm a Business Management student so can anyone tell me if there is an internet site that gives you information on cases? In the books I have the authors will make reference to cases, e.g. Whittaker v Minister of Pensions and National Insurance, but he won't give you details about the case. I've tried the simple thing and done google searches but they are coming up with nothing! It's so frustrating, how can I right about the cases when I don't know what's gone on :brickwall

Not sure about websites but when I was at college I used 'Scottish Business Law' by MacMillan and Lambie and found it very easy to read and excellent for giving details of cases.

I was really looking to see if anyone knows of a one stop shop that gives you details on all the cases, say a website with a database of cases. Thanks for the help though

i'm doing Law, can you get access to Westlaw? that should have the whole case of most cases. if you get access to Athens then you should be able to get into Westlaw. If you can't, give me a PM of the cases and ill see what i can do :agree:
alternatively, ur uni should have all the cases in the library :agree:
