I was under the impression it had all come to a standstill and they're not sure if/when it will go ahead.

I stay in wallyford and have heard a couple of things about the greyhound track. One reason i heard it stopped was because Hibs before they bought the ground that east mains is on wanted to build the training ground in the field next to the greyhound stadium, and they had to stop to see what the council decided. Another reason iv heard is that theres sewage pipes underneath and they had to remove them 1st before they could do anything else. Iv heard a couple more to but they're just the usual 'they've no money left' and 'the metal is crap and is rusting away'.
