New phone / contract / provider help request

My contract renewal date with O2 was up (I have/had a Nokia 6322) so I went on their website and saw a refurbished Nokia N95 available free on a £20 a month, 18 month contract :woohoo:

The wifey said she couldn’t arrange that over the phone [computer says no!] it must just be an internet deal. So I ordered it on the internet then canceled my current contract. Tonight the order has been cancelled with no explanation, none left I suspect :brickwall

I’m not having a good week buying things :boo hoo:

I have a month now to get a new phone up and running.

I liked the N95 because of the GPS stuff, not fussy about MP3s.

Any suggestions on an alternative phone / provider welcomed. :cheers:
