    Agree, quite a bit of belt tightening going on at that club. Rodwell still on the books as well.

    Wow. That'll free up some cash.

    That will probably be the worst financial return for a couple of seasons ever, surely? £73k per week last year for 2 Championship appearances and the settlement for the next year of his contract for 0 appearances.

    If he had turned out for them.. didn't play since September...so his wages / by contribution is a "wee bit higher"..
