Sevco down to 10 men. Crazy tackle to make and Thomsob was never going to have any hesitation.
Indeed he wasn't. Red card was out before the roaster hit the ground.

Bad tackle but a red? Not sure myself - only one of Smith's feet were off the ground. Having said that, it was well over the ball and a nasty tackle in the end.

The more I see the replays the less convinced I am its a red

Normal speed though, I immediately thought he was in big trouble

    Cant complain about Thomsons decision

What a borefest so far though

FWIW there will be more sending offs in this game. Paterson leading with elbow there

I think it was probably a red. But it was as much a red card as Black's challenge on Griffiths in the cup final.

Had Law been a Hearts player, you can be sure Thomson would have given the penalty there...

Indeed If I was der Hun I'd be running at Paterson now. He will foul again.

I really quite want Rangers to win this now because of that absolute **** Thomson.

Same here PB but I wanted them to win from the off though.

Sure there are going to be a few more twists and turns in this game.

Der Hun are playing the better with 10 men. Yams are *****!!

The thing I don't get with Thomson is if he isn't a cheat and all these poor decisions are just honest mistakes how the **** is he still getting so many high profile games and how does he continue to be our top rated ref?

He is a cheat plain and simple PB. He should of been dragged over the coals for his performance during THAT game for some utterly shocking and abysmal decisions. It wasn't even if they were contentious or 50/50 decisions they were plain and clear to see.

As for being our best ref. Not a chance in my eyes.

Never mind in-play odds on next goalscorer - next player to be sent off would surely be a more active market!

I'd be tempted to have a wedge on Rolf junior.

Btw I don't think I've seen so many players going down so easy for a team. McTattie, king walker and Paterson all at it.

The man has had so many changers it's unreal. Recently chopped off a goal for Ukraine in this game vs Slovakia, unreal http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/9461657/goalkeeper-has-goal-disallowed

Are either of these two teams really any better than us?

Absolutely not. I just wish we had not lost our strike-force.

On evidence like today and the games we have played against them probably not by much.

However they have managed to get the job done against the other teams in the league where we haven't and over the course of the season that will be the difference sadly.

This game should be getting played at the Commie pool, never seen so much blatant diving.
    Both teams are gash.
