I'd imagine the upcoming league derby will be announced as 20,099. A blatant lie that nobody will question. A realistic number will be the cup derby. They will be due us half the gate so will be due us more money if they lie. Saying that, they'd probably rather make a loss than publicly admit their new stand still doesn't get them over 20,000

If there's no water in the Wheatfield or toilets in the Main Stand then I would guess by the rules then they should not be open. The certainly should not be allowed to serve any food - H&S regulations require handwashing facilities to be available.
