    For those that are struggling and can't use Safari, try this in Firefox:

    "FireFox click on green padlock top left and disable protection they are serving http via https. Most modern browsers block that"

    Anyone watching on IE and seeing black screen, click on padlock symbol in url and allow Adobe flash access. Worked for me after that.

    Safari also works (for Macs) but no longer supported on windows
