Based on tonight, Frampton v Warrington will be a cracker

It’s not looking likely to happen this year from what they were saying after the fight.

    United we stand here....

Cracking fight that, thought Selby was beatable after watching his last few. Warrington deserves all the credit even taking away the two accidental cuts he was superb. His jab against the longer reach of Selby’s in particular. Great hand speed & a worthy champ.
    Well done son 👏
Ps split decision judge must’ve been on the sauce.

Split decision is a bit of a joke.
How anyone could give that fight for Selby last night defies logic- Warrington comfortably won that fight.

Did anybody catch the Adonis Stevenson and Badou Jack fight. What a cracker . Looked like both were in big trouble during the fight but found a way to keep going. Given the Majority draw decision I hope there will be a rematch later in the year.

  6. #785
Selby clearly struggling at that weight but did well to make 4 defences of that title. He's going to move up now so let see how he gets on.

Cannot believe that was a split decision!!!

Taking of splits anyone see that lads lip on the undercard!!

Whyte v Parker announced for 28 July. I really feel Parker has to win this or it’s a long way back for him.

Fury and Seferi have spent 2 rounds dancing and joking with the crowd and then halfway through the 2nd round all hell breaks loose amongst the crowd with a paggering on going.

Fury stops to watch and Seferi doesn't know what to do, surreal .

Is this what boxing is being reduced too, farce after farce. Absolute comedy act.

Says he’s the people’s champ but has allowed thousands of his fans to pay to watch a training session.

Seferi decides to retire at the end of the 4th round, nothing wrong with him, what a joke.

    Scripted to four rounds.

Pretty low key stuff but I didn't expect much else. It was a fight to get back in the ring and get the initial hype out the way.

Fury has never really been about 'looking good'. He's all about tidy footwork, ringcraft and a boxing brain rather than the big flashy shots that earn headlines. It's hard to really take anything from last night but in my mind the Fury that totally baffled Kiltschko is a dangerous fight for Joshua and Wilder; whether he is still that fighter is the real question.

Nah but he could’ve at least taken the fight seriously. The first 2 rounds were embarrassing

Exactly what pissed me off, folk were there to watch a fight not an overweight circus act lumbering around the ring with a big cheesy grin making no attempt to fight.

If anyone bought a ticket expecting anything else, more fool them.

As for the scrap in the crowd, you saw that coming as soon as the first bell sounded. Why were folk in the front row of ringside standing? Sit down ya clowns. Folk pay big money for floor seats and if everyone stand, most can’t see.

The promoter was talking up the rest of the card and although there is nothing wrong with that, the main event was the least credible.

Didn’t go out of my way to watch the Fury debacle but stayed up to catch the Crawford v Horn fight on Saturday night.

A masterclass from Crawford who has a legitimate claim for p4p #1

Lewis Ritson seems the real deal. He beats Crolla and Campbell IMO.

  28. #807
I echo the previous 2 posters that Ritson looks very good if his power keeps up as he moves up the levels he can go on to have great career. Been a bit of a whirlwind for him this time last year most wouldn't have heard of him(I hadn't).

Pretty Boy Josh Kelly also looks a real prospect little bit cocky but I don't mind that in a fighter.

Josh Taylor has entered the super series, chance for him to make some serious cash and pick up a few titles if he does well, just need to see of the other champions enter now

Great publicity for the lad, can really see him clearing up here.
