Me, went to the 2nd session n not been able to make it yet but possibly be there on monday

theres a few that have confirmed and others that are sorting out work commitments, so are unsure.

Right, I promised a sort of report so here we go......

The Cat requested some challengers to put the ball him and 5 hearty warriors duly accepted.....

The Warriors were

Gramo
Vanquinho
Ben-jelloun

Dixon
Lewy = Irn Bru Boy

Whilst waiting for the rest to turn up, The Cat and his sidekick Gramo eyed up some talent in the shape of a very hot girl playing footy in an orange skirt which kept lifting up with the wind

When all were in attendence....shooting practice began....Gramo's inflamed ankle was taking a beating...however The Cat wasn't....

When Lewy got taken away (whether it be to the loony bin or just to his house remains to be seen

)
We split into 2 teams....one team with 3 and the other with 2.......

and guess what......(now sit down as you might be dumbstruck with shock.....but Gramo actually scored a hattrick :yikes!:

Players ratings....

Scoot: 8 = (PPP) This is what he is all about, solid goalkeeping and his determination to stop everything was awesome...a joy to watch

Gramo: 6 = The inflamed ankle has taken it's toll on the player with a bright future

.....couldn't get enough venom behind the ball....but redeemed himself with an easy hattrick

Vanquinho: 7 = For pure venom....he is ur man....the tenacity in his shots was sheer class....let's pray he doesn't get a long term injury

Ben: 7 = I have given him poor ratings in recent weeks, but he came back strong and had a good session

Dixon: 7 = This lad has potential and by the bucket load, fantastic session and was unlucky not to get the PPP....

Lewy: 6 = His first session in donkey's years....still good shooting but petered out in places and didn't get a chance to play in the mini game due to him having to go home

As it's an unofficial training session, the Meadows Man Of The Match is put into the cupboard and a new award has been...er....awarded......it's called the Pavillion's Prized Player...and this week it goes to Scoot

So I will see you guys on Monday assuming my ankle isn't any worse

Right lads Jon suggested we all have an outing at Easter Road (or possibly an away match) to help us bond as a team

If we can all agree a game we can ALL make then that would be quality.

I know some of us have our clubs to play for but we should try and get to a game and have a good sing-song

I could always miss a match for my club due to erm....a mystery flu if need be

That would be a class idea, Away games are probably the best idea....then we can experince other grounds whilst integrating followed by a swift pint (beer for the over 18's and Fizzy pop for the minors)
