The club are obviously trying their best to generate some income between now and the end of this dreadful season but they are going to find it a hard sell indeed.
They could boost numbers immediately by sacking Montgomery.

We could be in a playoff battle by the end, 40 quid sounds not too bad.

Actually think we'll pump St Johnstone this weekend. Doesn't mean anything so pressure will be off. Easy win by a few goals I reckon, which will probably piss me off that we didn't do it a few weeks ago at ER.

I’m not sure this team has an easy win by a few goals in them just now

Other than Livvy, who are absolutely awful, we seem incapable of tucking teams away no matter how dominant we are.

It will probably be 2-2 with them scoring from their only shots on target.

£40 for both games us descent but £32 for Aberdeen is just scandalous. Can't really moan about other clubs prices when we are charging that kind of money.

I’m not sure that would help numbers for these games.

I wouldn’t turn up just because he’s been sacked.

The only reasons I’ll go is if we are miraculously (or whatever the opposite of a miracle is) pulled into the play off or we get an announcement from the club that it is PH and LS’s last games.

Just for those that have said they aren't going. Would that be the same any time we are in the bottom 6? So you'll only go if there is a chance of a euro place of something similar?

I can't speak for anyone else but the only times I have went to bottom 6 games was 2 years in a row 12/13 and 13/14. 12/13 was preparation for the cup final V Celtic so there was obviously a little more on the line and we also had a derby at tynie. The next season we all know what the situation was.

These games are meaningless and I won't be going. Just like when we were bottom 6 under Calderwood and Maloney. They're basically glorified end of season friendlies.

If Hearts were also in the bottom 6 I’d always go.

If we were in a relegation fight and needed wins I’d go.

When we’re just playing the games to see out the end of the season, nothing at stake, football is terrible, I’ll decide the morning of the game.

They aren't really glorified friendlies though when other teams have something to play for, like this season , not finishing second bottom in the play off position

Someone once said withdrawal in disgust is not the same as apathy.

From previous comments I think some fans will not attend to send a message to the Board.

If he was away I’d attend both home matches.

The walk ups would have been up a bit had top 6 been secured and the chance of a euro spot still alive, but at least if ST holders decide to stay away then it doesn’t matter greatly in the grand scheme of things.in some ways it’s probably just as well there are only two home games out the five!

20 quid for Motherwell at home on a Wednesday night bottom six dead rubber is a fair price?
Unless the polis and utility companies are giving Hibs a special rate that night, yes.

Whomever has decided to apply that single game price needs their head looked at though.

Is there a way to get tickets for the two game package that actually lets you choose your seats?

Keep getting seats assigned that I don't actually want.

Absolutely ***** schedule for games. 2 away then 2 at home on a Sunday and Wednesday? Clearly Hibs had **** all input over times / dates here.
    Was just thinking this.

Surely if you have two home games you shouldn’t have one of them being a mid week game.

    Garbage fixtures.

In previous seasons, I've contacted the Ticket Office who were more then helpful to allocate the seat I wanted next to us for my daughter.

    I'd contact them first

Hibs do have a number of walk up supporters who for whatever reason choose to come and go as they please but do attend the vast majority of games.

In that respect the double header prices are a nice gesture from the club to a loyal but rather ignored element of the support.

It's of no interest to neutrals or less frequent supporters as these are meaningless pre holiday kickabouts for the Hibs players at least and hopefully Sir David picks the team so Hanlon and Stevenson can get on the pitch once the experimental out of his depth rookie is emptied.

I'll be missing the last home game which is annoying as possibly the last home game for Stevenson and hanlon, if I didn't have my ST I doubt I'd be paying that much for the aberdeen game

Hibs should bring this up as a point to the SPFL. I understand that we get two home games, but for neither to be a Saturday is a joke. A team with the three home games could have one of their games a mid week game surely?
