Today was bigger. And the team didn't deliver.
Enjoy it, I hope it works out.

Travelled there early in the season and guess what, they were pish.
Don't see it changing somehow and wouldn't waste my hard earned money and time to watch another dollop of a uncommitted and lifeless performance.Last edited by Davy Mac; 06-04-2024 at 06:38 PM.

Sideways, sideways, sideways, backwards, sideways, sideways, walk around a bit, lose possession, goal Motherwell.
Wake me up when the season is over.

We all know what needs to happen next week to make sure we can move forward as a club.
The very fact NM is talking about turning it around means he knows he’s toast for me.

They’ll beat us. This team is incapable of winning big games.

Losing 3/4/5 games after the split might stimulate an even bigger clear out.

The dreadful situation where a defeat may be for the best in the long run.
I don't want the inevitable being delayed any further.

We've supported the team countless times this season and they've failed to deliver. They can go ahead and motivate themselves for this one.

I’m actually coming round to thinking that even if we were to finish top six and squeeze in to a European place, he might well not be there next year regardless. Think the goalposts have shifted with the investment that it may not be allowed to mask things. Because this season has been dreadful, right from the very first game in Andorra in July.

I also just don't want games against freaking St Johnstone and Ross Co and Livingston again.

Managers/Coaches copying Pep because it's the "right way to play", irrespective of the players at their disposal, are killing the game as a spectacle.
I get to watch my English side Chorley a few times a season (National League North) and what a breath of fresh air it is at times.Last edited by Chorley Hibee; 06-04-2024 at 07:33 PM.

Last throw at the dice to salvage something from the season.
If bottom 6 was confirmed today then a large chunk of the fanbase would be packing away the scarf till next season, and perfectly understandable that would be too. It’s a game with a lot at stake and a lot depending on things elsewhere.
Can’t say I’m buzzing for it at this stage, but come the weekend will be raring to go. Season not quite over yet, for now..

Had Hibs done their job today, we would have been in a great position to finish top 6 and kick on for a European spot. Motherwell would have been out of the equation, now we'll be up against a team who know they have a chance of top 6 themselves. I don't trust this crop of players, along with the current management to win such an important game.
I'm sure we'll hear the usual claptrap in the media that the players are hurting and we'll make it up to the fans, blah, blah, blah...yeah, we've heard it all before guys.
