Neither have I seen a single poster on any thread suggesting it isn't anything but a very tough gig too and most fans if not all know about the officials now in games against Sevco especially after what they witnessed in our cup game . Anyhow this is one game if it goes wrong hopefully we can all cut the manager and team some slack . No retaliation at all 👍

We've had a disagreement DH, and that's fine, but on this I totally agree. NM is not my favourite Hibs manager, but unless we play wide open and go down 6-0 etc, then yeah, it's a free hit.

    A 12 page thread about a couple of Jambo pre-contract signings - crikey .

Who was the last pre-contract we signed from a SPL team? Seems an avenue we don't use as much as others unless I'm much mistaken.

Who cares who Hearts are signing they are hardly world beaters like ?…..
Its who we sign in the summer and really kick on that matters !!!!

Not fussed about any of them signings! I can see were they are going with it but there’s nothing there to be worried about

Interesting interview with the Hearts manager about trying to adopt the Davie Moyes signing system. First time I've thought he might vaguely know what he's doing, disappointingly.

He'll no be there long anyway. As soon as an English team come in for him he'll be off. And when they finish third this season there'll be teams sniffing around.

Still think he's a diddy though.

If he were to copy Davie Moyes’ Sunderland reign I’d be quite happy.

Let’s be real, they’re nothing without the scoring exploits of Shankland.

    What system is that?

Hibs have had better strikers than him and been nowhere near 3rd.

No, he finished 3rd. Griffiths and Stokes never did.

Nice try though. Crowd went wild.

Here was me thinking he’d played in hibs teams that finished nowhere near third. If that’s not the case I can change my opinion based on evidence and still be right..

Nothing to do with crowds, and actually intended as a light-hearted (hence the smiley or whatever it’s called) wee reminder of daft past comments. In fairness it was foolishness on my part for thinking you may take it that way, and indeed for thinking you’d just not bothered replying.

You repeatedly insisted Shankland was crap and came back from a wee holiday from .net seamlessly switching your stance and started using him as a yardstick when arguing (intently) with others.

I promise that’s me and will make it easy - over to you for the last word 👍

As a West Ham fan, I’d also love to know the answer to this.
I assume it’s identifying the weakest part of your squad and then proceeding to sign anything and everything except that.

    My biggest fan everyone

Try stick on topic instead of posting about me. Very weird behaviour.

I don't think Shankland is very good. I never have. Doidge was clearly better when Shankland was at United.

Was he clearly better? The season they both played in the top flight Shankland was more productive.

Shankland 6 non penalty goals and 4 assists in 2,386 league minutes during 20/21.
Doidge 6 non penalty goals and 3 assists in 2,802 league minutes.

I think so yes. Doidge often made the difference Vs united as well. Better all round game too.

Obviously Shankland has improved, and Doidge regressed a lot after injury.
