In a fantasy world where we are somehow able to sign one (only one not both 🤣) of Marcondes or Maolida permanently in the summer.
Who are you choosing and why?

Marcondes every single day of the week - he’s simply a superb all round footballer.

Maolida is a better player but I think Marcondes would prove more consistent.
I think Marcondes will be at Hibs next season.

Since it's fantasy and we wont have either 😀 I'm going Marcondes, he just has that something about him. One of those players I just love to watch.

I’d say mailoda
I think we will get another marcondes type
Mailoda might be the one to get hibs 20plus goals next season
In this league that gives you a step to third instantly
See big foreheed.
Like marcondes and would take him any day of the week but just to go against the grain I’ll say non-lazy mailoda who has been excellent.

Marcondes. He’s a very good player, but he also has better leadership qualities.

Marcondes has more talent than any player we've had since McGinn. Obvious choice really.

If they make a big enough impact until the end of the season, I think both will be here next year (if they want to be)
Bigger budget is promised and all the talk of better quality players.
Well you have two tried and tested players, it would be the easiest signings ever to back up the talk

I don’t think folk appreciate the wages these guys will be on at their parent clubs.
If we keep one it will be unprecedented. Fingers crossed…

Would have to be Maolida simply because he could get us alot of money if we were to sell him in 18 months with his age.

Maolida is clear. And will only improve. No brainer. Could get 10 million for him if we signed him.

Maolida under a new Head Coach.
He's too good to be stuck away out on the left touchline. Monty doesn't have a clue

Of the two I’d probably keep him, I think he’s score us 20 odd goals next season.

They are both superb players and having them next season would see us in a good place. If I had to choose it would be Marcondes. He's a leader and 100% commitment. I loved the way he was encouraging the crowd to make more noise the other night.

Tough choice out of the 2 but think I’d go with Maolida

Marcondes wouldn’t say it’s even close, maolida looks a player I think he has more he can give though maybe not all down to him and more about the length of time he’s been out the game but he’s not got me desperate to keep him so far

Marcondes, he is a better player, more intelligent and when he gets up to speed, and a decent pre season in him he will only get better

At this moment in time I find it impossible to choose.
Interesting stat - Marcondes has had 9 shots at goal and 100% of them have been on target.

Maolida for me.
Less consistent than Marcondes but has an x-factor, an unpredictable ability to provide match winning moments that doesn't come around all that often at our club.
They're both great players tbf and it's a tough choice.

Imagine how good they could both be if we managed to sign a couple more players of a similar standard to play alongside them too?

Both are quality players though I think we needed a Marcondes type player more .
Marcondes for me .
