    Triantis

Thought the boy played well last night pick of the midfield did a good job as the sitting
midfielder better than Newall or M/W.

I was impressed by him too. Showed good composure and skill under pressure. He looked more comfortable there than at centre back. Definitely a nice option to have between now and the end of season.

Thought he had a great game and I'm happy to see him continue to be deployed in the middle of the park. Looked very comfortable with the ball at his feet.

He was good found space well and passing was decent.

Thought it was a disaster bringing this guy in to play centre half, and with Rocky back (who has been outstanding since AFCON) we are far more solid back there. But that's another conversation.

What a player he looks in midfield. Technically excellent, incredibly confident and brave on the ball given the mistakes he's made to date, always wants it - really, really impressed on Sunday. I guess (NMW suspension aside) there is a question of balance in there now between Newell, Levitt, Moriah-Welsh, Triantis and Amos but the good thing is we have options and that will be huge in the remaining fixtures.

Also notable how composed and disciplined he stayed after the early yellow.

On his name alone he would be first pick if I was in charge. Probably as well I’m not.

Only thing I would say is that I felt (and I only saw highlights) that Newell seemed to be a bit out of place, or unsure of his role with Triantis in there. Sure they'll get used to each other soon enough.

Probably done enough in the last game to get a start tonight.

I would start him ahead of Newell.

Standard Newell performance against Rangers tbh.

He's,showing Newell & Levitt how to play CM

    One touch, pass forward

Unlike our superstar pairing of Joe & Dylan, who only pass back

If he keeps playing like this he will be replacing John Stones at City. Boy has some unreal passing ability. MOTM for me tonight

Looks a tidy player after a shaky start.
