Danda mis-hit the shot and somehow it evaded 3 Hibs defenders in/near the 6 yard box who were in front of Marshall. A bit harsh to blame the GK there I'd say particularly when Youan sleeping, was the main cause of the goal - apart from the incompent/biased officials.

Just watched the highlights and I thought exactly the same

He always seems very flat footed to me or has maybe a lack of focus at times. He has been far too inconsistent this season and should rightfully be benched.

I'd give him an extension but on the basis that he slowly moves into a coaching role, He has a lot of experience that he can pass on to younger keepers, plus he would be a decent second choice if the first choice gets injured.

I think he was aware of the County boy in the middle of the goals who went to hit it and missed and so he hadn't wanted to commit to diving as if the boy had made contact it was completely open on Marshall's left. By the time the County boy missed it there was no time to react.

The amount of goals we lose at the back post tap ins has to be more about positioning than bad luck.

And most of the other goals ,the goalie is nowhere standing looking stunned.

We need another Marciano for next season, ( if we can find one)

I think it highlights the heart of the issue. Any of the defenders or keeper should have gone through what was in front of him to clear the ball and answer questions after. Not all of them silently waiting to see if someone else would deal with it. If there was a breakdown in communication and they tackled each other trying to clear it I’d be a little more understanding.

Been saying this for ages. Just because he's not letting in howlers as often recently doesn't mean there aren't some very worrying signs from him. I'm really surprised at how nervous he's often looked for a guy of his experience.

No doubt he's been much improved these past few months but I'm actually stunned reading things like we 'must' offer him a new contract. He's a good guy but we're not a charity.
