Hope the near minute of him suffocating face down in the grass while the ref couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it didn’t make it worse

Possibly worth acknowledging and appreciating that the Rangers medical staff got stuck in helping out very early, which was as notable as the referee’s disgraceful and dangerous dithering.

Bit concerning that Hibs have had to declare he’s ‘stable’. That sounds worse than your standard concussion.

Hope he gets well soon, well done the Rangers medical boys. Referee was still swanning about when Butland was trying to get the medical team on.

Boyle getting a sore one was bound to happen at some point. Gets little to no protection from these useless refs.
Speedy recovery Boyler.

You could tell it was bad right away.
Fair play to Jack Butland as well. He went to check on Soutter initially but immediately began signalling to the bench that MB needed physios quickly, was more decisive than the idiot with the whistle anyway.
Hoping it's just precautionary and he's being monitored because he was unconscious.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

For all of the poor officiating tonight this was by far the worst and most dangerous incident.
Glad to hear he is stable and hoping for a speedy recovery.

The ref appeared to give a foul to hibs initially, but the game restarted with a drop ball to rangers.

When you watch it carefully you see Souttar uncecessarily throw his arm up when he's already on the way down. Probably because the ball's gone past him and he's on the wrong side. The prick put Boyle in hospital.
