I believe they are talking about creating some sort of walkway between the new hospitality in the FF and the current hospitality in the west.

If it is the same as previous AGMS when a special resolution has been presented then non shareholders are asked to leave the room. That includes press etc. I would expect it to be the same tonight and as BK are not currently shareholders they would be in that boat.

I don't see any reason why a Black Knight rep couldn't be there and speak outwith that period and any other periods of formal AGM business though.

Realistically they only have to count 3 votes to have a definitive so probably fairly quickly. The overall percentages in favour etc. might be a bit longer.
