Very sad loss. He had a positive strategy to take Hibernian to the next level. RIP 🙏

I miss his energy, enthusiasm and positivity, which were infectious.
Hopefully in the coming years, his vision for Hibs is realised.

Bit shocked to see so few replies in relation to this. Not that I'm expecting hundreds - that was all done this time last year - but a bit of a shame not many bother to acknowledge it.

Still sad to see a man with such energy and drive taken so soon.
Lovely tribute from the club, and it made me think about how rarely we see club owners passing away in situ. The only ones I could think of were Thomson at Dundee Utd, and Jack Walker at Blackburn, although I’m sure there’ll have been others sadly

First time I have seen the footage of the Gordons in the Director's Box when SoL is being sung. Very emotional day and I hope the Gordons remain in the decision making seats at ER for a long time. RIP Ron

R.I.P Ron, a huge loss to Hibernian and to all his loved ones.
It would have been interesting to see how/if Ron would have shaken up the Scottish game if he had been spared. He was only just getting started at Hibs when Illness reared it’s head.

Aw man.
He had me hooked from his first interview.
His passion and enthusiasm shone through.
I was fully behind him and believed that he meant what he said.
He was a breath of fresh air.No Eternal Reward Shall Forgive Us Now For Wasting The Dawn

Ron made a huge impression in the short time he was with us. Sadly taken far too soon.
Good to see his family are prepared to see out the plans he had for the Club.
RIP Ron

A genuinely nice man who always conducted himself well, the Hibernian family were always proud to have Ron lead us.
God bless.

His enthusiasm for Hibs was absolutely infectious. I'm sure he'd have made us a success. The news a year ago genuinely had me choked up.

I never met him but on the camera he came across a gentle, warm and decent person and by all accounts the same in the flesh - a breath of fresh air.
I was shocked at his passing and just wish he could come back - sadly we know that it can’t happen but let’s make sure that we never forget him 🥲

Almost a year then since all the Rangers fans booed his picture at the first home game after his death. With his family present. Made me depressed to be human.
