Get his contract extended! 2 1/2 years was it he signed for?
Yes and we have the option to extend it a year.

Just home and watched the highlights, don’t think they showed him touching the ball once which is crazy as he was all over the park tonight, great signing.
With midfielders, what you do off the ball can be just or more important. Tonight is first time I’ve seen that level of work rate to win the ball and close spaces since Gogic and Irvine played under Ross.

If we had another one of him we would be able to play a two man midfield. Reminds me of McGeouch in how much energy he adds in there.

He was so composed as well. Good passing range. One of those players I watch and don't worry about, basically the opposite of Levitt and Youan.

Also the reason that Newell had such a good game, he has someone else doing the dirty work with him. I think it took Joe 45 mins to realise there was another midfielder on the pitch with him tonight. 😂

Both of the Bournemouth lads look excellent so far hopefully Bevan is similar. That's promising for our future goodies from Mr Foley.

Great player what we’ve been crying out for in midfield

Fantastic performance, he was all over the pitch, if Levitt put in half the effort (goal aside) Moriah put in we would have some midfield.

He must have been knackered last night, covered so much of the pitch

He was superb, and might have been part of the reason Newell was able to get on the ball more in forward positions? Once up to speed, i'm praying Amos is the same type of player, if so we will have the makings of a very good midfield.

He's honestly exactly what we've been missing in the middle of the peach. Looks brilliant! Actually our player as well which makes it even better.
    Is that not the stone?

I’m not sure Amos will get about the park the same as Moriah-Welsh does but last night was the first time in his wee cameo appearances where I’ve thought he looked really good. Really composed on the ball and had a couple of passes that he just made look much simpler than the were. I think he knows what he’s doing and will be good once up to speed.

It was a great performance in terms of energy and willingness to get about the park and put a foot in. We have seen performances like that from Campbell in the past too but he then struggles in games where we have more possession. It remains to be seen whether MW has more about him on the ball.

Was also good to see us have a clear plan specific to the opponent, with him and Levitt pressing their CH's and letting Vente drop onto McGregor. It worked really well.

As an aside, I reckon Amos is going to be a very good signing.

Looks like he's going to be a very good player for us , bags of energy . Surely has to start against Inverness?.
