Great performance, totally robbed. 50 50 header for their first penalty. Wtf for their second penalty. Monty made the changes. Good on him for that. Players gave it all. Totally robbed. Celtic should have been wearing masks tonight.

Much better.
Need to play like that every game
Maolida needs to start ahead of Vente now

If the players bring that attitude with them for the rest of the season we'll be just fine.

Still a defeat… but Much much better.
Continue to play with that effort and level of performance and we will start to pick up points and hopefully make a go of the cup

That second half has given me hope. We beat most of the teams in this league playing like that.

There should never be a well done to the team and manager after a loss in all honesty.
100x better than Saturday, but that wasn't hard. Let's hope we take a lot of positives out of tonight on to three tough away games.

We needed this performance. Let's use this as a springboard to get behind Monty, Inverness next up!

Also, glad to see this thread. It’s been negative as **** across Hibs related groups and socials recently, understandably so, but it’s heartening to see a majority of fans giving the side credit tonight. Didn’t expect it after such a painful, late loss.

Sorry guys... we're patting ourselves on the back here after getting beat by a pish poor Celtic team. We had chances to win the game and still managed to grind out a defeat. Yes there were big improvements and yes Montgomery deserves credit but "well done"? No thanks.

Cruel penalty but unfortunately him getting the shot away does not invalidate the foul that comes a millisecond later.
New boys and the energy of that game gave me hope thoughLast edited by lyonhibs; 07-02-2024 at 09:12 PM.

Yep, I know it’s another defeat but feeling a bit better after watching that. Moriah-Welsh and Moalida stand outs. Good to have Boyle back too. Must build on this

Miller and Boyle make such a difference to the team as a whole, can we play like that every week?

Needs more time.
He's shown flexibility in formation tonight and new players are still settling in.
Boyle and Miller have made a difference, as as Moriah-Welsh.
Marcondes, Maolida and Amos to come in for Saturday imo.

What a player Moriah Welsh is
What a difference with 3 in midfield
Everyone saying formations isn’t an issue
It is, end off
Stick with that and Monty might, I repeat might just come ok.
Baby steps ….

Way better than I expected/feared. Credit to Hibs for showing some pride but it has to be maintained and it remains hard to shake off the disgust at last Saturday's showing.

The return of Miller and Boyle made a huge difference, Miller especially. Moriah-Welsh looks a good signing too.

Doesn't make that call in and of itself wrong though. Sadly.

Credit where it's due, much improved performance, hopefully a turning point for Levitt.
Moriah-Welsh is a player for sure on that performance.
Onwards and upwards.

Much better performance, the first half an hour I was was saying here we go again.Just shows you what we can do when we attack teams.Ive not got a problem with keeping possession but it's got to be forward thinking. Hopefully this is a turning point because we all want the manager and team to succeed
