Started with Air fried bacon on toast thus morning. Then had blueberry , strawberry ,banana and pomegranate seeds smoothies followed by a tunnocks tea cake.��

I haven’t eaten since my earlier post. And despite going for a 10 minute walk outside at 6.30am followed by a 30 minute walk on the treadmill at the gym, I’m now heading back to the gym to run a 5k. I deserve a McDonalds after this.

My walking football session this morning is giving me a clear conscience to dip into some of the following later on:

* Aldi Titans (Mars bar)
* Wispas multipack
* Estrella Damm 6 pack
* Bag of Walkers Sensations Thai Sweet Chilli

plus half a bag of salted peanuts, the remains of a family bar of Galaxy, a packet of custard creams.....
