Always wondered what would have happened if he didn’t do his Achilles like he did. Was in such good form. Good memories.

Yep, we've done much, much worse than Christian Doidge, wasn't a fan when he arrived, am one now. All down to how he applied himself.
All the best.

Good luck for the future, Christian.
Always gave it his all and weighed in with a good few goals too.
What a pity he didn't bury that header near the end at Killie, would have been a great parting gift.Last edited by Chorley Hibee; 31-01-2024 at 06:12 PM.

Lovely guy, honest pro and scored some important goals for us. Glad to see him looking back to his old self after the injury and hope he smashes it back at FGR.

Really liked Doidge. Worked hard and had a few runs where they would just bounce in off him! Not the same after his injury but good luck to him.

The closest I've seen at the club to a guy that played as if he had the technical ability of someone plucked from the stand but through sheer will and determination made it work. His sclaffed goals were a thing of beauty.
If he hadn't had that awful injury I'm confident he'd still be our #9.

Agree 100%, good luck to the big man.

Best of luck to him , one of the good guys.

Never hid. Will always remember his hat-trick at St Johnstone to end his goal drought. Really missed him defensively when he got injured.
All the best to him.

He had a lot more technical ability than I think we gave him credit for!
