I am hearing that Oscar was/is to be loaned out but waiting to find out how long Obita may be out for, not wanting to left without cover.
I got shot down in flames for suggesting we should get used to Obita being out injured. There's a reason why a 29 year old is struggling to find a club....until Hibs oblige of course.

He rejected a contract extension at Wycombe to come to Hibs.

Played 95 times in the last two seasons for Wycombe, and they offered him a contract to stay.

Apart from that, 100% of your post is correct.

Do you know when the development fixtures are to be released?

Any idea what the price is for the Formartine game?
I can’t see anywhere to buy them. Not in the Hibs ticket site

I presume Hibs are going to do pay at the gate, otherwise it’s a bit late to sort tickets. Not much info about the game on official site or socials.

Have they said where it’s being played? Last year was played at Newtongrange.

Look at his whole career, he's injury prone.

He had one really bad injury over 5 years ago. Since then he’s missed less games through injury than Joe Newell has and nobody would describe him as injury prone.

Ok thanks, I have maybe just been over thinking regarding Oscar, found it strange he was left at home while others went to Spain. I'm sure Jacob even played LWB for 5/10 minutes Vs Bournemouth.

Was highly regarded last season so hopefully a loan move soon.

I thought this was very strange too.
did they take the wrong brother, as cover for left back.

Possibly because Jacob can play centre back too?

Oscar wouldn’t have had a look in at all if Obita never picked up his injury. Would assume the thinking was he’d be better off playing the couple games with the development team prior to a supposed loan move.

Hope he can get that loan move as I don’t think he’s at the level for the first team at the moment.

Watched a lot of Jacob's games and never once seen him play at centre back. Right back and right wingback yes, and everywhere in midfield... but never centre back
They've only gone and done it! They've only gone and won the Scottish Cup! What kept you, Hibs?!

  19. #138
Seen Jacob play a lot but never at CH.

    Reserve and Reserve cup details
Looking like 11 games in total, plus a few additional if you qualify from the Cup League section

If we get through, the big grudge match against brechin , who beat us at newtongrange last year.😄

What do we think our chances are for tonight?

    29/20 odds to win.

    VERY slim
I think we are in a transition period, we’re the best youngsters are out on loan, and we are relying on the new inexperienced guys coming through.
We appear , not have any natural or experienced centre half’s, unless mcgregor plays .
We are playing a decent highland League side, so equivalent of a decent lower league side.
I’m going, but i think we are up against it.
The result doesn’t matter, just hope we play well.

This will be a stronger Dev team than we seen at Dunbar and Berwick for example. Worth a pound at 29/20 haha.

Are 2 overage players not permitted?
