    Viaplay registration

Im with Virgin Media who are looking for £12.99 per month. Viaplay are offering a deal of £59 for 12 months via sky or viaplay. How do i apply for this deal on my smart tv. It keeps asking me to subscribe through virgin which is £12.99 pm. If i subscribe on the Viaplay website on my phone will i be able to watch on my smart samsung tv. I tried to phone Viaplay but got recorded message saying they have massive calls waiting and cannot add me to a queue.
Sorry if im being a bit thick. Not very good with technology !

Try downloading the via play app to your tv and phone and sign up. Some tvs don’t have the app. Might be able to link phone to your tv.

Viaplay website kept going in circles for me about logging in with my sky card number.

Eventually let me get the £59 offer.

IPTV is gash imo. Had a few of them and they’re nowhere near reliable.

What on earth is going with this.

I had the odd month of Premier Sports during COVID. I can go to Viaplay and see the 59 offer. Do it via the Sky route, says I already have an account.

Go down the forgot password route, says I don't have an account. Sort that out, but when I've logged in all I can see is an 11.99 a month option.

Change your password so you can log in. Google viaplay 59.99 and then use that link, click log in and via sky and it should work

I had to do the same.

Unable to connect to server when trying to log in, every time.

Works when I'm going through the Viaplay rather than Sky route mind you.

    Sigh. Thanks though.

I eventually had to email Viaplay to ask tell them I wasn't getting the emails to change my password. They emailed me back pretty quickly with a temp password.

Wasn't the easiest to then get the offer, but it did work with the link quoted earlier.

I decided at 4:45 to sign up for the £59 deal. Used my phone to register address etc and pay the dosh.

Downloaded app on my TV, logged on and was ready before kick off. Mind, the last few minutes were worth £59 on its own!
