    I had this problem a couple of years ago. I spoke to the ticket office who said to try logging into my emails through a browser rather than the app and it worked. I've not had any issues since so don't know if it'll still work for you but worth a try.

    Just received an email from Hibs saying my season ticket will have to be reprinted as digital versions in my area of the stadium may have been emailed to the wrong person.

    I've had both digital season tickets but only one physical one.

    Probably wouldn't use the physical tickets anyway...
