    Towards the end of the season the scanners changed in the east so you didn't actually need put your phone in, just held it up to it and it scanned outwards, that's what happened in my drunk brain, not sure if anyone else can confirm

    Mine has always worked just fine on my phone. I never used my season ticket card at all last season.

    I couldn't get it to scan on my old iPhone 12 using Apple Wallet. I downloaded an app called Stocard which allows you load QR codes on cards and display it on different part of the phone.

    Strangely, I upgraded my phone towards the end of the season to a iPhone 14 Plus which is substantially bigger and could easily get it to scan from Apple Wallet.

    I was one of those affected by the Hibs/Ticketmaster balls up, digital version arrived on Friday and the new additional season card arrived in Saturdays post.
    Hibs.nets negative posting legend and unofficial ticket agent.

    I'm not sure it's connected. I was caught up in the missed payment/double payment thing but received my ST a couple of weeks ago and my digital one last week. Maybe done in order of renewal? Or blocks of seats? I dunno

    The scanner picked up my QR code before I actually put my phone in the slot the last time I used it.

    Second year in a row I’ve had 2 physical arrive and one just not show up.

    Haven’t got the digital ones either for all 3.

    Edit - talking nonsense about the digital ones. Had notifications for emails turned off.

    I only use the digital one and I’ve got an iPhone 14 which isn’t small.
    No problem scanning it to get in the East.

    Yes happened to me in the West, was about to put phone in when it scanned before I did and I was able to enter.

    Anyone else applied for credit with capital credit union for 6 months.

    Was a bit confusing as to what to go for when you go to their website directly. Didn’t really understand it but managed to get an application away god know what I’ve signed up for.

    Anyone else had issues, success stories?

    Yeah I gave up with their website and ended up just paying for it outright, not a good website at all
