Sounds like he has a bad injury as well CJ is a good player no doubt about that I would like to see him back but its unlikely with the injury he has.

It might work the other way. He had just said last week he wanted to prove himself ready now for Burnley but he would have needed a good pre season with them to showcase he was ready, he isn't going to get that chance now. Might lead to another loan later in the summer window. He then wouldn't be 100% fit having missed pre season but if he was available to us at least we know how he fits in here

May end up being the opposite. The injury he has means his hopes of a good pre season to show he's got what it takes to play in the prem may not happen. At that point I'd imagine they'd like him to get him out on loan again once fit and gametime here is a given if he's fit. Good player with a lot of heart and fight. Something we've missed for too long in the majority of the squad.

One of two that definitely won’t be here next season, but with the exception of Lewis and Paul the one that best knows how much it means.

Hope the laddie goes on to have a brilliant career, his attitude should be an example for any loanee coming in from the prem or any young boy trying to break through, the boy got what it meant to play for hibs
