Sympathy rightly offered for the period around when he lost his father but Hibs need to make a decision now on what’s best for the club. He’s looked so far off what we need it’s painful to watch. Hopefully an agreement can be made which will enable both parties to be happy and he can move on, perhaps back home.

    Atrocious performance

    He's humpty.

People were suggesting we had upgraded on Doig when we signed him FFS. A new starting LB required with Lewis as back up. Offload Cabraja if anyone will take him.

I'm really not sure why we brought him on unless Lewis was injured. He's away in the summer.

Lewis was on a booking so that's possibly why.

Was quite obvious, LS was on a booking

Just not suited the game here and a prime example of a poorly scouted player.

We have 4 (Cabraja, Henderson, McKirdy & Tavares) who just cannot compete with the physicality of the SPFL. All of them have no upper body strength and are easliy muscled off the ball.

If these 4 are taken out of the squad and were replaced with 4 decent replacements I reckon this would have given us the necessary squad depth to finish 3rd this season.

A big opportunity missed to finish 3rd is down to poor recruitment.

We have a lot more than four badly scouted players, unfortunately.

I don't think we need to sign a starting left back after the season Lewis has had. Time for Oscar Mcintyre to be blooded though if we believe he is good enough

Indeed. Left back down the list of summer transfer window priorities.

Not a terrible player, but not going to set the heather alight here. Might head back to Europe I think.

Is it now the case if you are on a booking you need to be subbed?

More suited to the slower European game looked the part as start shame as when he sadly lost his father think that has affected him settling in and finding his way

Lewis looked either totally knackered or had a knock. No way was it just because of a yellow.

Exactly bizarre if Lewis wasn't injured probably the fittest player in our team.

I don't think he's a bad player but has just never recovered since his fathers death, possibly being in another country during all this hasn't helped and maybe been told he can go back when the season is ended.

Thought he was a player when he first arrived but he’s a complete dud

I didn’t see the game so I’m not sure if Lewis had a few more challenges after his booking or what, but we should be able to trust our veteran who isn’t an idiot. He’d know he needed to tread carefully.

I wasn't overly keen when others were saying he looked good. He is very slow, positionally poor and not any better than Lewis going forward. Hope he wants to move home as I can't see anyone wanting to take him off our hands.

    Good on Hibs.

Hearts will do nothing though. Community club my arse. They are an abhorrent club.

But a lot of our fans are getting upset about our manager. their fans and players being cunnts is allowed but our manager gets slated for basically nothing. Unbelievable
