    Hibs Songs

Pre derby, when ever else, what are your Hibs songs?

I’m not talking Glory Glory or Turnbulls Tornadoes, more songs that remind you of the Hibs.

Sean and Then I Met You - The Proclaimers
    Born Slippy - Underworld
I Can Feel It - The Silencers

Freak Out, Avril Lavigne - that and the Silencers which used to be Sportscene theme tunes.

John Collins was always the last clip in the intro music.

    Teenage Kicks - The Undertones

+1 for teenage kicks. Would be good if the atmosphere was built up tomorrow using some hibs/relevant music ,

I've happy memories of descending the stairway from the Famous 5 upper after a victory, seeing the smiling faces of the fans and The Drifters' Come on Over to My Place, belting out.
The Undertones' Teenage Kicks pre kick off always went down well too.
Back in the mists of time, I always associate Connie Frances songs such as Too Many Rules, Where the Boys Are and Lipstick on Your Collar, with each visit to ER.

Thunderstruck by AC/DC. I remember a period a few years ago when that was the walkout song for the teams. Should reinstate it!

Going home: Theme from local hero .
One moment in time . Whitney Houston.
And this song basically because of the Hibs fans in the film when it's getting played.

This is the One - Stone Roses
Lust for Life - Iggy Pop.

Hibs playing Born Slippy when the teams come out should be kept for good.

Restless Natives and In a Big Country always gets me in the mood before a Scotland game.

Merry Christmas War is Over by John Lennon always reminds me of the Hibs - mainly because of the way it was shamelessly murdered by Turnbull's Tornadoes back in the day - Hibs, Hibs, Hibs for the Cup - our teams the greatest they never give up .... aye they don't make football songs like that anymore (sniff)

It would work well if we replaced the chants of "Thunder!" with "Hibees!"
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.
