    Last time we lost on the opening day of the season, we won the Scottish Cup. Just saying.

    I proclaimed after that game that I thought Partick were a well organised, skilful side and predicted they would have a good season, likely top 6.

    Not sure why, I’d only had 2 pints but still reminded of it to this day.

    Opening day of the 2000/01 season as well. 0-0 draw in which Agatha missed an open goal.
