...for at least another season.
As is obvious by my constant moans on here about our results and performances since the New Year, I've been far from impressed with Maloney so far.
The thing is, I'm totally sick of us constantly changing managers and would much prefer to see him given a proper summer recruitment and a full season to show us what he can (or can't) do.
I realise my viewpoint might change by the end of today if we get totally humped but that's my current, fairly rational, opinion on the matter.

He needs to win today, it's that simple.
If we get thumped there won't be many to show what he can do next season, attendances/season tickets will fall off a cliff

He can stay regardless of today's result if Ron Gordon is committed to his vision. Build a really strong B squad, fine, do it. Blend very talented youth into first team, fine, do it.
We've not done either yet to any acceptable level and that lack of delivery does not sit squarely with Maloney.
We need strong first team and B squads. That needs to happen during the summer. 4-5 quality players for each squad.

I think will get the first round of fixtures next season and will need to get around 14 points if he is going to avoid an early exit.

The ones that should go are the underperforming players who regularly throw in the towel when they go behind .
However that's for another day, united we stand , divided we fall.

Get him gone now, should be punted for that line up alone. That’s utterly abysmal.

Teams up with Scott leading the line!
McGinn and Stevenson back in. Looks like back 3 with Lewis in the Middle

Relax. This is our rope a dope plan with all the other forwards coming on in the second half once hearts are puggled.
Let's just get behind the team, eh? Even if Scott is in it.

See, emotions play a large part in opinions as I'd already changed my mind when they scored their second.

I'd keep him. Whether his ambition and desire matches that of the hibs board is another matter.

I've been a big defender of him, but that's sackable. Scott staying on as long as he did, 2 subs in the 90th minute, taking our best player in Stevenson off. He'll relegate us with that sort of decision making.

Keep him. First 20 aside, that wasn't a bad performance at all. We played better with ten men today, than we have in the games I've seen on TV.
