Apologies, I’ll clarify. I have no interest in THIS World Cup due to where it is being hosted. Other than that, the post above perfectly answers your question, why bother? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

How can an angry wee man be made "happy".
Surely it should be "whatever makes you angriest"?Last edited by hibbyfraelibby; 14-03-2022 at 06:46 PM.

Is it correct Craig Halkett has been brought into the squad? Surely not Porto is 4 times the player that huddy is? Obviously a benefit of being based at Oriam.

Without going through the whole thread it is very sad, that many of the players who may have played for Ukraine may well have taken up arms to try and protect the land that they represent, by the time any game is played.
Kind of puts football in perspective as far as I am concerned, I also have very little interest in this World Cup even if Scotland was to end up there.

Friendly with Poland raised £500k for Unicef
Ukraine conflict: Scottish FA 'overwhelmed' as Poland friendly raises £500,000 for UNICEF - BBC Sport
The Scottish FA says it is "overwhelmed" by the generosity of fans after the March friendly against Poland raised £500,000 to help the children of war-torn Ukraine.
A crowd of 39,090 attended the 1-1 draw at Hampden Park, with £10 donated from each ticket to UNICEF's appeal.
Further cash was raised through text donations plus contributions from some of the SFA's commercial partners.
