Think you’ll find that a guy called MacKay and one called Young did ok.

Back in the day Bobby Johnstone. Scored in two cup finals for City. Just what would he have earned playing for City in this day and age. #Hibslegend

Take it you mean Bremner and not Brebner as Grant was a young player at Man united when on loan to us,then a full signing, where as Des was a League and European cup winner at Vila.

Fletcher hasn't had a bad career down south

Jimmy Dunn ( Wembley Wizard) won the FA Cup with Everton

His son also went on to win the FA Cup one of the few father and son winners

    With regard to Hearts :

Rolf Harris has held his own down there too, must have at least as many appearances as Blackley or Brownlie did with Newcastle. What a ***** downer this one is, wish I hadn’t looked.

Cameron was excellent for Wolves, definitely a success.

Anyway back to Hibs. Kevin Harper did well with Portsmouth in particular.

He was a terrific young striker. Wish we could have held on to him longer. Never the same after injury but still did well for Rangers when he moved back north.

John Collins had a spell at Everton IIRC.

Goram at Man U? Or am I imagining that? Think it might have been a loan deal.
