    Quarter Final in London

I'm going to be in London during the Celtic game and I'll be with my pal who I've taken to see Hibs a couple times. Where's the place to go to avoid too many Celtic fans and might have a good Hibs atmosphere?

Best to wear an overcoat in your approach to the establishment so as not to evince comments on your evening attire from the locals in the vicinity.

That sounds like quite a bit of effort for a trip to watch Hibs in the pub!

We prefer to think of it as an exclusive dining and refreshment club where we can partake in sports viewing.

That review must've been posted by a bitter Jambo.

Uh-huh this is all very confusing I have no idea what I'm meant to be wearing to watch Hibs! And do I have to order food?

You don't have to order food but with Pierre in the kitchen why wouldn't you?

If you wear a cup final t-shirt you're guaranteed a welcome, if you don't have one Persevere, you may well get in, the Quinn family will decide. If you're offered a lobster and haggis kebab you know you've arrived.

At the risk of being excommunicated from Hibs fans down south, is there actually anywhere for normal Hibs fans to gather in the Smoke? You know, watch the match in jeans and trainers with packet of crisps and a pint?

I ask because recently I've been working in the Herts/Essex/Cambs area a lot recently and I',m very likely to move to that neck of the woods later this year.

Absolutely brilliant that kebab. Tried to make my own but my cooking skills are so poor compared to the great Pierre.

Why do that when you could have Pierre's cooking and top end beverages?!

Don’t be put off by some of the humorous comments .... tongue in cheek stuff! Quinn’s is a decent Irish boozer in Camden. It’s the place hibbys tend to gravitate to watch the games. Last time I was there the bar staff laid on plates of sausage rolls to help soak up the bevy. Nice touch.

"Sausage rolls"?! You mean the Venison in fine pastry?!

Serious comment here. I doubt very much if Quinns will have Premier Sports. You may have to find a sports bar but as OP said we would probably be in a minority there.

From experience I'd say very few pubs in England have Premier Sports. Dedicated sports bars may have, but very few other places.

    So for the game tomorrow,

    - Is it in the public bar at Quinns?

    - Is there a dress code to get in there? Are colours allowed?

    - Do you have to order food?

    - Am I missing anything? 😂

    Cheers!GGTTH

Unfortunately the Entertainment Committee voted against getting Premier Sports which I believe the game is being shown on.

    To answer the others:

Yes, jacket shirt and tie is the correct attire (despite what the "relaxed" rules state!!)

You don't HAVE to order food but why wouldn't you with Pierre's cooking?

On the LHSC sub forum on here there's a bar showing the game listed. Obviously not to the standard of Quinn's but blame the "Entertainment Committee"!

Why would there be a dress code in Quinn's? It's a dive!
