    He's a bit more strict with the youth but that mames them stronger willed to succeed, previously we had technical players who weren't ready to step up, a bit lightweight.

    On the post match radio interview he said he didn’t like his last experience of being a Manager and that he worked for a wonderful football club, which of course is correct, and wanted to go back to working with the young lads.

    Seems fair enough to me.
