    USC returns/exchanges and refunds.

Daughter bought a pair of converse from USC.
When she got home she noticed that they had put the wrong size in the box . The trainers should have been a size 6 but there was size 5’s in the box which was marked size 6.

She popped back in to exchange them but they don’t have them in stock but will not refund her as it’s thier policy not to.
The reason given is that they are available online and they would give her a credit note to use online but she now has to pay 4.99 for delivery which , if she gets it delivered to the store , they will give her a £5 voucher.

    How crap is that.
In total , she has been in the store 4 times and now will need to go back again to pick them up to get the voucher.

Or get her to use twitter, companies will bend over backwards if you tweet them about it.

She is entitled to get a full refund if she wants to go down that road. Have a look at the consumer rights act 2015 to know where you stand. Iv attached a relavant page for you.

    She was clearly mis-sold a product(wrong size).
The law says they must offer a refund, as does the Sale of Goods act 2015.

USC are owned by Sports Direct and they do whatever they can to avoid refunds. Best you’ll get will be a credit note.

If. You're tweeting I think it's uscollective... And make sure you let us know so we can do some replies... The more. The better to add a wee bit pressure :-)

As others have said - the goods sold are faulty and you’re entitled to a full refund. Speak to a manager and don’t take no for an answer.

They’re at it as most people are too polite to question them! The Topshop store is the same.
