New album is going to be on a lot of album of the year lists. Staggeringly good. Supposedly Robert Smith was advising them a lot on it.

Was at the launch last night at Mono through in Glasgow. Few beers, a look through the vinyl in the record store, Mogwai`s Stuart Braithwaite spinning some tunes and an acoustic set from The Twilight Sad - not a bad Thursday night. And you're right, the new album is very, very good
