Jeez it's no that cold, ridiculous little club, should be punted to the lower leagues where they belong.

99% of the pitch is playable according to a BBC reporter but a local referee was called in and declared the match "off."
Cue the calls for summer football.
Its now been rescheduled for a week on Wednesday (30th Jan)

I’m reluctant to be too harsh on clubs like Cowdenbeath. They would probably be in a more luxurious home if more locals went to see them regularly instead of that team they were supposed to be playing tonight.
Dreadful ground though.

I'm glad the winter break has meant we never see games being called off or postponed because of bad weather.

Never let them forget the old team died, they is no more, now consigned to history where with any luck the new huns will also follow.

Do you speak the way you write?
If so, have you ever appeared in an episode of Only Fools And Horses?

Would have been a strange occasion with all the Cowdenbeath club officials and fans all cheering on Rangers. Horrible little mini huns.

Cowdenbeath Chairman must have been worried about injuries and although he is not averse to being up to his knees in blood, it has to be a particular type.

Place is an absolute dump. They had the covers on until lunchtime today and all seemed fine.
It’s 2 degrees there this evening but ice has caused the game to be called off when ref turned up!

Rangers fans are absolutely raging. Get it up them. Should have been called off an hour later.
