You have to use the 0844 one now...at 7 pence a minute. 0844 844 1875

The direct number was never advertised as such, but in the ends think too many had the number and bypassed the premium line. Still get access direct to office using option two as highlighted above, but service is usually swift so 7p a minute won’t do too much damage.
