Has anyone used their season ticket to get discount at Vittorias.
If so is the discount just for your own food or for your group ?

For a group up to 4 people I believe. it's also worth signing up to their loyalty card scheme.

Regularly go pre-match when the wife and little one are also attending.
With the discount off a couple of pizzas and kids meal it's till cheaper than a pie and bovril with no chips obviously due to technical difficulties.

Can't do discounts on booze these days due to minimum pricing for alcohol...Though its a really decent perk! Not a season ticket holder these days due to family commitments...though more stuff like this would tempt me. If I took 12 people out even at £30 a head that's a £72 saving. Few more like that and a season ticket would pay for its self and benefit local business.
I sponsor Hibs via my company and been really impressed with the guys I've dealt with. Hopefully this proves successful for the Crollas as it could lead to more of us signing up to something like this.

twice on match day they took so long to deliver the meal we had no time to eat it. Each time we got money back which sounds fair but not when you want a relaxing meal. Used season tickets for discount other days with no service problem.

Cheers guys.
There's a group of half a dozen of us were going on Monday to try it out but that's had to be postponed till the 10th. I'll revert back with a review in due course :-)

6 friends and I set off to Berties for our tea this afternoon :-)
First day nerves - it didn't go proper smoothly but it went well enough. There were 3 or 4 people had attended to out needs before we'd even sat down! The girl that took the order wasn't familiar with the hand held ordering device but did well and we all got what we ordered. There was no draft cider available and then thankfully there was!
It's a decent menu and I'd like to describe more of it but we all had battered haddock and chips! The only 'complaint' was the large looked remarkably similar to the 4 standard size. No mistaking it was a lovely bit of fish though with proper chippy chips and a very nice home made tartare sauce.
The food prices throughout the menu were what I'd expect, not too expensive, in fact pretty decent for a sitdoonery. It would match the pubs in the area.
The drinks were £5.50 a pint, £3 for a bottle of coke, £4.95 for a bottle of still water.
We got the bill, it was obviously the wrong one!
The right one was more expensive.
Season ticket discount applied and a discount for booking online.
See when I said it was decent for a sitdoonery. It was very good value after the discounts!
I'll be going back ... I might even take my wife!Last edited by Jack; 10-12-2018 at 08:46 PM.

The food is good, but the portion sizes are on the small size. I expect to be reasonably full after eating a starter and a main.

Just had lunch at Berties. 50% off food this week - cracking fish supper it has to be said. Tap water was free. Like Jack said though the waiting staff a bit to over-attentive. I had been asked about half a dozen times if my meal was ok (guess they're new and keen). Only criticism is the lager's a bit dear for me, I'm a tennants/fosters/carling/carlsberg guy so a pint of that at £4.50-ish would be more appealing than an Innes & Gunn at £5.50, still it was a well poured pint.
Good to see they're doing the 20% off for season ticket holders. I'm sure i'll pop in after an away day sometime when we get back to Waverley.
