To be fair everyone got the Kamberi one right. Lennon said we had an option on him. He was always going to sign permanently.

I would suggest he wasn’t wrong more often than not, mostly had info on Hibs targets which often did not come to fruition for the club

Been told this by more than a few people, I still think Lennon did an old pals act with Efe so he could get his British passport, the wage drop to join us from Celtic would've been fairly big but he only had around 10 months to get his citizenship.

There was a rumour a Turkish side were after him in the summer and he's at an age where one last big pay day looks nice, he has been playing very well recently so I wouldn't be surprised to see Efe go with only 6 months contract left.

I remember him at Spurs. In the same youth team with Harry Kane and made his debut the same season. He was a huge prospect. Knackered by injuries. He's playing at the level below MLS at the moment at Louisville City. He's just left them. Centre forward. Quite a big lad.

Apparently Villa offered over £3.5m for McKenna.

If they watched our game at the weekend would be amazed if they didn’t consider our young centre back instead... not that I want Porteous to go.

It's incredible to think they paid £9m for that Edouard and we got Flo for less than £200k.

If Hibs were to do a straight swap tomorrow i'd be disappointed in the deal.

It's also a bit weird that with all Celtics resources they went into this season with only two strikers in Edouard and Griffiths. Signing Flo in the summer for next to nothing, initially as a third choice striker would have been a no brainer if i was Celtic manager, suspect they've probably missed the boat with him now though as the amount we'd need to make it worthwhile will be more than they'd be willing to spend.

They can bid all they want and I’m sure that if they come in with a bid that reflects the value of a young striker who has a goalscoring record of about a goal every two games and almost 3 years left on his contract then we’ll be more than happy to listen.

Judging by their laughable attempts to buy John McGinn I wouldn’t expect that to happen though
