    Sunday morning training

    Hibs first team at EM this morning from 8.45am. Never once seen that with Hecky. JR obviously trying to get his message over a.s.a.p.

    I’m sure Hearts done this when Neilson was manager - Ross was his assistant so maybe sees value in it. I think they came in for Sunday recovery and had Monday off.

    I always assumed this would be the case. Recovery days are pretty much the most important sessions any athletes do.

    Players are regularly out on a Saturday night after games, a few of them were out together after the Aberdeen game, be surprised if they were out until 3am with training in a few hours.
