I dread these days every time tickets go on sale for big games. The system is so frustrating it's unreal. Hoping today i'll be one of the lucky ones that are able to log in and get tickets no bother

I generally accept if I'm not in by about 12.15 then I'm not getting one. Not confident but I've done well with Tynecastle tickets in recent years so if I miss out then so be it.

This. Got in at 11.59 and clicked refresh on match tics but hee haw happening. Spinning loading circle and now page unresponsive.

Error messages from 2 different browsers and devices, connecting differently to the internet, indicate the eticketing site is down. Not fit for purpose...
