In Scotland the ref would have disallowed it for high feet. 🤪

His taekwondo comes to the fore. We should get Flo to take it up.

    Don't agree it's a poor league.

I moved to Toronto 2 years ago and think Toronto and a good few of the others would do very well in the SPFL if not higher.

Is Bradley Wright Phi!lips not the most prolific striker in the league?

Zlatan seems to pick when he plays. Usually comes on at half time...when everyone is tired.

Great player...very smart player also. ;)
    He is 36 now.

MSL is pretty decent these days. I'd guees it average attendance is or isnt far off the worlds top ten.

Probably, you don't get many away supporters except for a few clubs which is a shame. Or at least you don't seem to get many at RB Arena.

I still struggle to understand how Red Bull get away with it....

    Red Hull Leipzig.
    Red Bull Salzburg
    New York Red Bulls.

Probably not the majority...so owning about 49.9.

If I remember correctly you can own multiple teams so long as you aren't competing in the same competition.

I may well be wrong on that but I remember Abramovich having a problem with vitese or some team similar.

It's far from a piss poor league and Zlatan would run riot against Scottish defences.....

So narrow minded saying it is a poor league.you sound like an English man calling the Scottish league a pub league.

You talking about the MLS or Scottish football? Your description could apply to both......

It's a great league if you want to play the game at a slower pace. Look at how unfit Rooney looked for Everton, fast forward a few months and he's being lauded as one of the hardest working players in MLS and everyone's raving about him.

People get too hung up on how leagues rank against each other though, theyre just all very different.

I don’t watch much MLS but the defending for Zlatan’s goal there was non-existent.

I love Zlatan as a player but he didn’t move to LA to test himself against the world’s best, that’s for sure.

I agree that the defending was poor, but there's no taking away from the skill and agility shown by Zlatan to score that goal.

His 40-yard overhead kick v England is one of the best goals I've ever seen. Might even be the best - outrageous stuff.

no as good as Joe T's goal against Falkirk at Brockville early 90's!!!!!

No different from the likes of Man City who I think are owned by the same group that own New York City, Melbourne City and Girona FC.

Johnny Russell is one of Kansas City's star players, good scoring record for a midfielder/winger.

I think he would be very good in the SPL, I don't think it's a stretch to guess that the standard of the two leagues is broadly similar.

MLS obviously has the star power with some nearly past it names, but I doubt overall the standard is much different.

He’s a superstar, no doubt about that.

And they are involved in this plan to play la liga games in USA.

Pitching it as a favour to Girona because “they don’t have many fans”

Not quite with Girona. City have a minority stake of 43.3% with Pere Guardiola (Pep's brother) holding the same.
