It may well be. I’m just generally not into conspiracy theory’s etc. The way I see it is that I was way more surprised at last weeks result than I am this weeks result in that tie. Zenit will probably go on to challenge for the whole thing.

First leg definitely stank the place out.

Second leg only marginally less so and it appears to an outsider that there have been dodgy goings on in both camps. Takes two to tango.

Impossible to prove but as international cricket has shown corruption and match/spot fixing is not confined to the lower reaches of the game. It extends right to the top.

What will UEFA do about it? Nowt.
