I enjoyed the trip and was impressed at how the locals and Hibs fans got on. Very friendly atmosphere and lots of good Hibs lads there.
I met a chap who apparently is quite well known on here - and gets a hard time according to his chum. Two decent lads.
In fact that Underwear fella bought the 6 of us a bag of crisps unasked. It was a big bag too and probably didn't come cheap, so give the guy a break eh.

Lovely flag. Also it’s paying respect to hibs fans no longer with us . RIP
It’s not my flag, but it was me that took it over to Norway specifically for the game. In my opinion it’s a belter of a flag and a terrific tribute from those involved who got it made up.

My friends name is on it and it was ten years the day after the game that he passed away. His mum and brother thought it was a nice tribute and that many people remembered him. That’s good enough for me.

No other agendas involved in it as far as I am concerned

I think it also looked incredible in the various photos of the hibs end

Fair play to you. Lovely touch. Glad his family appreciated it.

My point is easy to understand. I don't see how a green and black union flag has any relevance to hibs, may as well be blue and red. I don't get it.
I understand the sentiment just not the choice of flag.
It was originally intended to annoy both halves of the bigot divide.

This . its iconic and always looks great wherever it goes . The tribute it serves just makes it even more iconic . Keep it flying high

🙈 not again had someone moaning about his after game in Greece. I think the flag looks great

Correct and it pays respect to those no longer with us, great idea, should be embraced, not slagged off.

Well said Stevie. I like the Hibs UJs and so do most folk I know. In fact you don't need to answer to Pacoluna etc. I can just see him asking the owner to take it down lol.

The flag design has been displayed by Hibs fans for years. The large one is of course fairly recent but no idea why folk are getting irritated by it.

Here is a picture of it at the cup final. It’s also next to a black and white “St George’s” flag, displayed by German Hibs fans. Work that one out, eh!

Anyone know if the flag has been 'updated' since then?
Others have passed since then, whose names belong there.

    Enough, ffs.

    Give it a rest man.

This thread is supposed to be about fans in Molde having fun, not your suspect personal crusade about a flag.

Take it elsewhere, you are just trolling now.

I’ll tell you bothers me about that flag, the number of young men who have been taken far too soon. Scary stuff!
