Judging by how my nerves were jangling in the last 20 against the Greek team I'm not sure that I would enjoy extra time and penalties. Until they emerged victorious of course!

Also, just occurs to me (I've paid such little attention to European football for a while) - do away goals count in extra time? Would seem only fair given they get an extra 30 mins on their *****y plastic carpet.

Yes, as far as I am aware away goals do count in Extra Time.

As far as I know their top striker - although loaned back to the club after a transfer out - did not register in time for this tie.

This helps assuage fears of being horsed over there, even if Molde have certainly been on some good form since we played them at ER. So I'm predicting 1-1 FT and Hibees to progress!

I honestly thought we'd give them a better game than that, but it looked like men against boys, they simply muscled us off the ball all over the park. Gutted.

Theyre a good side with a formidable home record playing on an artificial surface that we are not used to. It was always going to be a tough challenge but I think over the two legs the team competed well.

We'll struggle on the plastic pitch and with Molde being used to it they will run out 2 or 3-0 winners imo.

No smugness from me either but I called it here and said Molde -1/-2 on the bookies thread, our success on plastic pitches is not that great.
