Under normal circumstances a decent result. In terms of I think were we want to be,its a match we needed to be winning. If we want to top the Hibs , Aberdeen, Hearts mini league we need to be winning at McDiarmid.

Poor result. We couldn't beat them last season and they are much poorer. We made enough chances, but not sharp enough in front of goal that day.

Decent performance, disappointing result although all will be forgotten if we get the required score on Thursday.

Let’s be realistic here. Playing Thursday - Sunday is not easy.
It it was a decent result.

Disastrous result.
We have a divine right to turn up at these mid table clubs and win by 3 or 4.
A must win game that’s probably cost us the title now and that’s unacceptable.

I was actually hoping Saints would score so I could come on here and vent my latent fury at how thin our squad is. Losing takes away the fear of losing and all this hard to beat nonsense, it gets a bit predictable.
Totally gash!!!

Think there is a bit of over reaction here. Any point away from home is a good one IMO. The conditions in Perth were not really conducive to playing good football and it was a bit of an experimental team. Overall I thought we played OK but we don't have enough bite in and around the 18 yard box. We also don't really have the depth to be playing in 3 comps at the same time.

I thought we were the better team. had more pressure and created the better chances. Poor result no, disappointing yes.

Difficult to say. St Johnstone are not the team they were a couple of seasons ago, they were pretty poor last season and we still couldn't beat them.
I think a lot of people were probably expecting the new signings to show a bit more than they did, Hyndman was alright, no more than that, Horgan was alright, McLaren in my opinion needs Khamberi beside him. They will improve the more games they get. Coupled with Khamberi carrying a niggling injury and McGregor out, we did alright but no more than that. It'll maybe take a few more games before we are at full strength so it's tricky assessing our form at the moment. We seemed to beat Motherwell comfortably enough but Hamilton have just beaten them too.
I suppose the one thing that pleases me is that there's definitely more to come from Hibs, whereas Hearts and Sevco are showing their hands early. We'll see where everybody is further down the line.

Two league games, two experimental sides due to Europe, 4 points. I'll take it.
