I don’t know how many. Reckon they will be in the south stand as can’t currently buy tickets in that end. If they were in the west, the south stand will probably be open already.

I did this last week in Crete and watched the away leg in the Faeros without any problem - they were very accommodating and I'd imagine most sports bars in resorts will be the same. They are there to please the tourists after all.

When we were in Athens a few years ago we went to the Athens Sports Bar and asked if they were screening Rangers v Hibs. They weren’t glinting to but they would because we asked.

I worked in North London many years ago and the area i stayed in had a sizeable Greek community.
Certainly i remember quite a number of Greek restaurants and cafes.
The cafes were like local community centres for them with card schools at the back of some !


I suppose they must be glory hunters and support the big Athens teams.
