No, not a new player but my Xmas pressie. I suffer quite badly from the cold and last night was the first time I got to try out the vest and I have to say it’s a game changer!
No more wearing layers of clothing for me so now watching the footy I’m just bored instead of freezing and bored lol
I really do feel jealous of those young folk who can just rock up in a t-shirt!

Ha ha - loving the replies on here!
I got one from Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/LHNK-Heated...ps%2C92&sr=8-7
However, be aware that you will need a power bank for that one but as I already had one, I didn't see much point in buying one of the more expensive ones. And also, if it was duff, it wouldn't have been too great a loss financially.
Can't wait for the next home game lolLast edited by Irish_Steve; 21-01-2022 at 09:41 AM.

I'm buying one of those.
I had a t shirt, jumper, fleece and jacket on last night and I was still freezing. I was never bad with the cold but really starting to notice it over the last 18 months or so.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

Thought this was a new signing - I suppose it is in a way.

My wife got one of these for walking the dog. Worked brilliantly but the connect to the power bank failed after a few months. I could probably fix it but she will get a better one next year. I think you can get gloves too that are heated. I do lots of photography and your hands get frozen sitting for hours. Zippo hand warmers in each pocket provide some much needed defrosting of the digits.

As someone who couldn't make it to extra time because of feeling so cold I might try that. Heated seats, obviously at a price, would interest me. Some stadia even have heaters in places. Again sounds good. Getting older certainly doesn't come by itself eh!

I’ve got a Carhartt Bartlett jacket - best winter investment I’ve made. All I had underneath was a t shirt and sweatshirt and didn’t feel the cold at all. Other than my feet that is - need thicker socks.

Liking this thread. If anyone has found a pair of socks that actually keep your feet warm I’d love a recommendation. Bought a pair of heat holders but tbh they aren’t that great. Was considering alpaca socks.

Here's one for £25 (it's a woman in the picture but says it's for men and women) plus 2 power banks for £12.
